Restarting workouts.

I kinda quit my workouts for a while due to getting homework done and turned in. I will be restarting my workouts on Dec. 17th, 2010. I will post pics every other Sunday to show progress. Hopefully this time I can stick with it.

Day 4, Dec. 8, 2010

Today has been a great day. This evening I went on a trolley ride to look at Christmas lights with my kids and lots of family. When I got home I did my dance workout and took Lilly for a walk. Lilly also got a bath this evening. She is looking adorable. I think that once this workout thing becomes more routine it will be a lot easier. Just gotta keep moving forward.

Day 3, Dec. 7,2010

Today I did manage to get a dog walk in. I am looking forward to my evening workout. I just can't seem to get a morning workout in. I am starting to feel a little more energetic, but tired at the same time. Wow my body hurts in places I didn't know could hurt. I keep telling myself it will get easier.

Day 2, Dec. 6th 2010

Today hasn't been such a successfull day of exercise. I did spend some time outside with the dog. But other than that no real exercise today. But I will get back to it tomorrow.
Carter, my 3yr old has kept me on my toes all day. Maybe that will count as my exercise. LOL , really I know I just have to buckle down and do it. Finding motivation is hard for me though.

Day 1 Dec. 5,2010



Today is the first day of my weight loss plan. These are my first day before pictures.  I already slipped up and bought taco bell for lunch. I am going to workout with my dance workout game  this evening at about 9:30p.m. I will post new pics every Sunday to show any progress I am making.

Motivation

Recently a friend from school started a blog on her weight loss journey. She has inspired me to do the same. I am not going to give out all the info on my dimensions but I will give weight updates. I hope that anyone who follows this will help to keep me motivated and not put me down. My begining weight is 230lbs. I will update my weight as often as I can and list how I am doing on my exercise routine.
My routine will include taking my dog, LillyAnne for a walk at least once a day for 30min. and 2x a day doing dance workout on the wii.
I will also be cutting out a lot of the eating out. Only home cooked food for my kids and I.

The End of a term

Wow can you believe that another term is over. We are getting so close to the end. All though I am frustrated with my academic advisor for not setting up my next classes yet, I am excited to find out what I will be taking. Good luck to all of you on your upcoming adventures.
